No, it remains one of her strongest singles and even though it's a "generic party song " the lyrics have her fingerprints all over them (half of them don't even make sense).

Those potential viewership figures don't really mean anything. It's like saying MTV has potential viewership of 100m people in America (i.e., the number of people who have access to MTV), what does that matter when even the actual audience for highest rated events is 1/10th of that?
