I can't bring myself to be upset over this because I don't think it's any true indication of R8. I really, really don't. Out of all the information we've had, this fits none of it. It's also not the song Kanye previewed at the iHeartRadio event so ????

I love hearing her voice on new tracks because it's clearly improved and she's capable of more. Her vocal is the main reason I liked CRTFY and the only stand-out on this song for me. I don't even dislike the song, it's fine I guess/the lyrics are good, but the confusing release at a time we've been SO on edge makes it hard to think straight.

I'm honestly more annoyed by us having more questions than answers at this point. Clarification would go a long way in qualming people's fears. Beyond that, releasing a collaborative (buzz?) single after two years is just upsetting. I want my crystal clear lead single, not an enigma.

The information we think we have always ends up being wrong tbh.

We always think we know which direction Rihanna is taking but she always surprises us. There's probably still going to be some urban bops and pop bops on the album and it will end up being a diverse albums as usual. But true some clarification would be appreciated tbh.

Are we sure this isn't the song cause it does fit the description and are we sure that guy was at the event? Some publications are saying it is.
