I don't use either but if I were to pick, I'd pick the Illuminator. I hate powdery make up. The liqud ones will make your skin look more dewy I think (if you want that)
Nars is a really good line. I was going to order their foundation a while back but I'm not sure why I didn't lol.
My make up staples are mascara, eyeliner(sometimes), lip gloss, eyebrow pencil. I sometimes use a bronzer to make my skin glow.
I'm sure Selena uses all these things as well!!!
