The song is cute. It's a nice jam and all, but there's no denying that it's nothing special (unlike many of her past lead singles). As much as I like it, I can't disagree with this review:
The video though... wow! Damn Madge, that was really ****ing good! I've been completely slayed, much more than I thought I would be Certainly one of her nicest and funniest videos!
Watch "Gang Bang" be the "Frozen" of this album and it's a deep message about a girl with sexual fantasies that are suppressed by her devout Christian family, so at night she sneaks out to sleep with as many guys she could before becoming a nun, without realizing that all of these banging has caused her damage more than she could imagine, and the song the her broken soul is reflected through the vision of Madonna.

Heard the full song finally, and... it's basic, forgettable, and so disappointing. This reminds me of BTW all over again. Go into an era where everyone is expecting you to BRING IT like you're known to do, and serve them warm trash. I'm ready for the second single and video, which I can only hope are nothing like GMAYL.
I was disappointed with the song; it has pretty weak pop hooks and just sounds tacky in my honest opinion (especially the L-U-V cheerleader chants); the Nicki and MIA verses just seem out of place as well. The video is decent though; it's fun and the football theme is cute.
