It came out when she inserted herself into Rinna and LVP's fight.
In short, Eileen didn't want to address her real issues so she harped on a small issue to further an agenda to help rinna out and ensure Yolanda's strings were still attached to the back of her body.
Erika had it flawlessly executed until Kathryn exposed her and ruined her own game.
Sadly, it appears Yolanda possibly won the war.
Yolanda remains the champ...LVP the people's champ.
