They're even cheaper on eBay. I know some people are hesitant to order from that site because they're worried that the albums may be of low quality or used, but there are certain buyers who literally buy from stores then sell on eBay, and only for $15-$20, so the quality is extremely high.

Now that I live here I don't have to do that anymore, though.

The worst are J-pop albums, though. They cost so much.

Ch...even on eBay J-pop stuff is like $35. Most J-pop albums aren't even packaged as well as K-pop albums, and they're over two times the price of a K-pop album.

I pretty much don't buy from Japan unless it's a last resort...everything is too expensive. Singles aren't worth the $15 and albums are rarely justifiable (and often available cheaper from other countries).

But yeah kpop shouldn't be costing anywhere near $80. Even their DVDs aren't that much.

I only own a few J-pop albums because they're so ridiculously expensive. BIG BANG 2 cost me over $60. Even the Special Edition album, which is packaged far, FAR better than BIG BANG 2, wasn't half that price. I got it for $25 on eBay, and I think YesAsia, which is more expensive than eBay, sold it for only $35.

Ugh...it's just so frustrating. BIG BANG 2 just comes with a G-Dragon keychain, a CD, and a DVD with three (four?) music videos, and $60?!

I still want that special edition album but I feel like it takes away half of the point of getting GD&TOP.

Hey, KoreanDream, speaking of GD&TOP - are you still able to get the bunny ears version of it? Because I think they had to change it for some reason and I don't want the cheesy apple one.

Oh yea. I don't buy J-Pop albums for that very reason I only buy J-Pop tour DVD's and a few singles.

Yeah, I do, and for studies. One of the best parts about living here is that I get mini-albums for about $8 and full albums for about $12.

well 2NE1's latest mini-album was the only K-Pop I ever bought, and it wasn't cheap at all, once they added the shipping it jumped over 50$.

I used either YesAsia or Ebay, not sure.

Oh, Belle, you could buy the Japanese version of GD&TOP on YesAsia. It's in Korean and has the bunny ears, but unfortunately, it'd cost you around $50 on YesAsia.
