iDon't understand how having ATRL + lessens the amount of O.C. messages one receives. Isn't it the same server? iAm so confused...

The OC messages are basically a fail-safe to make sure the server does not crash under the traffic load. They are part of the forum software. When the server reaches a certain system load it switches to OC mode to reduce the load. As it's part of the forum, it can be deactivated for specific user groups such as ATRL+ members and ATRL staff.
