I've been watching the song by song video and kept thinking to myself how modest she is. She always does this to herself, she kinda underestimates herself greatly so she can show respect to her colleagues.

But it even came to the obnoxious point that she kinda isn't worth enough, for example in the case with Dallas. She put him on some pedestal, and don't get me wrong the dude sings good, but her voice in comparison to his is a no brainer, she could sing circles - and i'm not bias, that's the truth.

I just feel offended, that is all. While it's a great thing she is sooo down to earth and so modest, she should respect herself and her talents more!

I agree, I noticed how humble and grateful she was in the video. But that's why people love her and could come this far; a lot of artists could learn from her.

And I agree that she's so humble. She's praising Dallas's 15 octaves and I was like you can do it it too hello? People think she's obnoxious and bratty but she's not. She's always so grateful.

nate, darling, i totally agree on the humble thing. i've noticed it too for quite some time now. it was so weird how she praised nate's voice and how she just "couldn't" or whatever. and i'm sitting here thinking: STOP TALKING YOURSELF DOWN!! especially in comparison with ruess... :/

here she does the same. it's refreshing and so great to see that she's not some egomaniac pop starlet celebrity and so down-to-earth -- but she MUST realize that she's got a ****ing incredible voice. we all know it. it's so sad to see that she sometimes hides her light under a bushel.

She has so much soul in her voice, but she thinks she is a regular pop star. I won't even try on that delusion...

I really though i'd like the album more, apart for a few songs it's boring to me and i'm not really excited. But her voice is amazing, never better really. And she should stop downgrading herself like that, she downgrades everybody who believes in her as well.

Tbh with you i'd like to see her sing a real catchy, sad and legendary album like 21. She would totally nail it, and she doesn't need anyone, let alone a singer who is not good enough.
