I think they cut it off because she's the headliner and if they showed the headliners full performance who would ever buy tickets to go? Just a guess though but I'm saying since I swear in past years they hardly showed any performances at all, so this year was actually more than usual.

Everytine I tried to watch I had some stupid laptop commercial which never ended and then it would have to buffer or something do I got so frustrated with that I just didn't bother...but we can still see the performance tommorow on youtube
