So apparently the only way I can get my old plays back is if I dig through some iTunes files and manually change the play counts for EVERY song This is going to take me forever.

Lol no, I have to delete the data in my Last.FM and also the scrobbler for my plan to work though. The stuff I have to edit is part of iTunes only. It's a file that's buried in some folder in everyone's computer.
