Um, maybe because that is usually the case? Should I remind you of the Bad Romance demo? Or even the Irreplaceable demo? Nine times out of ten, the finished version is different from the demo, even if it is just minor tweaks.
No one expects her to do a complete overhaul of the track but we have been told that it is not the final version and the things that her detractors may be complaining about now could have been taken care of in the final.
