The Emancipation of Mimi is so overrated. It's legit her worst album.
I mean- the era itself was done very well and the singles are iconic; but the album is so dull and uninspired.

And you stan for Rainbow? seriously? I know there are different tastes but I am questioning yours.
Emancipation Of Your Faves Scalps is one of her best albums. Overrated? maybe but it's a good album.
To be fair Rainbow had potential be great if she didn't rush it. I wont hold that against her due to the fact it was her last album with Sony and she wanted out as quickly as possible.
But Did I Do That and X girlfriend are messes. Petals was great though.

Petals, After Tonight, Crybaby saved it from being the worst Mariah's album

Raimbow would have been better off as an EP with the singles and the songs you listed.
