But people have been saying the producers pick the winner out of the Top 4. Which is so STUPID.

I would be hesitant about saying she herself won the award since it was in the Choice Single: Male Artist category. I can see what you mean, but I can also see someone trying to say that it is solely Justin's award (which I think it is).

No. They counted Rih as a nomination for Best Male Video for Take Care during last year's VMAs.

Featured artists always count, no matter the show.
