Not always. WRWWR was debuted on Ryan's radio show, then 3 days later it was sent to itunes.

Jeff said there's autotune but I think he's confusing it for a vocoder. A vocoder is much different, see Imogen Heap for that reference lol. I think she just vocoded some backing vocals or s/t. I AM READDYYYYYY
