I will not lie, despite being half-Austrian, in 2014 I did not vote for the good sis Conchita. I voted, and I still would vote, for Sanna Nielsen
But of course I was very happy Conchita won, a slap in the face for certain countries.
Didn't even expect her to crack the top 10 either, so I guess it's a good placement. Still mad she is above 1944 and most importantly after Calm After The Storm
I must admit that I totally hated Conchita before Eurovision. I found her personality meh. But she literally amazed me with her performance. Goosebumps all the time. She was a well-deserved winner.

The vocals are obviously good but it's not something I would listen to. Firestorm is better
