I remember when I first watched Reach Out. I was a little shocked to see Hilary in that position. Same was my mom.

Truth be told, if that song & video hadn't come from a Best Of, it may have caused a lot of controversy. Either way, her sucking on that thumb slayed my life for eternity. The way her eyes lit up.

When I saw her sucking on that thumb I literally died! That video was on fire. She made it seem not skankish at all. Unlike some other artists.
I love how there were four versions. Too bad I think only one is still on YouTube. The one that featured more scenes of her under the table wiggling around with the pool stick was my fav.

I love that scene also, Hilary was really sexy in that video and the video managed to do really well on iTunes here and in Canada despite getting no promo at all besides a little sneak preview played on TRL and by then nobody even watched the show. Remember how Hollywood Records took Reach Out and Holiday off iTunes, then put the songs back on there, and took them off again?

Let's not even forget how Reach Out & Holiday weren't even available as tracks by themselves before that. Not until late December.
Reach Out was the mother****in' "lead single" and you couldn't even buy it by itself. They butchered the **** out of that release. I am now pressed again.

When Hollywood Records goes bankrupt, the queen will win again, she always wins against people who try to tear her down.
Well, did she do anything that was outright horrible to the queen?
Let me add Sommer to the list, the queen stopped supporting her little jewelery line and I haven't heard about it since, poor it.

Hilary really doesn't have time for the Z-listers from her Disney/teen queen days, I remember when Davida was hanging on to Lindsay's name for a second there also.

Many of Hilary's old friends used her and were just overall horrible people. I am very glad that Hilary doesn't keep people like that in her life, Susan probably would kill a mother****er if they tried to mess with her baby girl. I want to meet Susan because she seems like such a fierce woman, that's where Hilary gets that strength from.
