I used to hate Vroom Vroom but it weirdly grew on me now that this is released. I actually do really like the chorus. I think the pet that annoys me is the intro/recurring part where she says "let's ride" and there's that repetitive, not very good sounding build up to nothing.
Secret SLAYS. My favorite for sure. Trophy is alright, I like it I guess. Paradise is just terrible
the melody of the chorus sounds so bad, it's like Charli forgot how to write a harmonious hook in that song.
Overall I do like the EP. Not her best work and this definitely isn't the lyrical direction I want her to stick with. Sometimes it sounds like she's trying too hard to sound cool and use "swag"-type words. But this is a nice little EP for sure.
Hoping the album will be different though.
