Good reviews so far. 4 stars by The Guardian and 3.5 by Allmusic plus an interesting think-piece on Complex with a positive review of the album.

It seems like all of the reviewers hate Rich though. I kind of get it. Rich really messes up the flow of the final portion of the album imo. I kind of wish she put it towards the beginning with the more urban stuff like Mindful and Got Em Like or just released it as a promo single rather than putting it on the album.

She is dragging fans on Twitter who are mad certain snippets didn't make the album.

Rich and Got Em Like are the most pedestrian songs on the album. That still makes them better than the average urban song, but they drag down the album quality wise.

Really feeling Sleep Like a Baby and Nightstand.. Both outstanding!! I think its the tracklisting that bothers me with this album.. I think its just as good as AWBAH

A quick fix is to move edit it in your iTunes and put Rich between Mindful and Got Em Like. That pretty much fixed the flow problem for me. It isn't as good as AWBAH, but I still love it. God Memphis has been on replay so much the past few days.
