I agree but I do think that Alive and Bird Set Free (especially BSF) seem to be VERY Sia. Cheap Thrills definitely sounds like it was written for another artist, but BSF sounds like something that could have been on 1000FOF.

Yeah, most of the released stuff sounds like her, very much so to me. BSF even sounds pre-1000FOF to me. Cheap Thrills is obviously the exception.

I hope we do get another song next week, it makes sense for her to release one by one since it doesn't seem like it'll be overly cohesive and it's not going to tell a narrative since it's just an album of rejects. She may as well just drip feed it to us.

I really hope she scores a smash from this album. She's so talented and has one of the most special voices in Pop IMO....there's just something about her voice that's so incredible.

I wish Alive did better But I guess she didn't promote it until it was way too late. And the chorus is a bit repetitive. I still love it though Given Adele's newly strengthened/expanded range, I'm very interested to hear her version.

Adele co-wrote Alive, I wonder if there will be any other artist co-writes on this album?

I agree. Bird Set Free is her most "Sia" song released since Some People Have Real Problems imo. But I agree that it also could have been on 1000FOF It's just a bit more uptempo.

Edit: The song she had for Celine Dion was extremely good. She should put that on here.
