I know for certain that 50 Cent did it in 2005.
I'm not sure if it's happened since then. Off the top of my head, artists that MIGHT have done it could be Timbaland, Eminem, Rihanna, or possibly someone like Drake or Lil Wayne since they sometimes have loads of collabs at the same time. I thought maybe Taylor Swift or Lady Gaga with their promo singles, but realistically if they managed it, their fans would've gone on about it constantly to remind us, so I'm assuming they haven't managed it.
Michael Jackson possibly could've done it in 2009 if songs were allowed to re-enter back then. He had 8 out of the top 10 on iTunes, and back then sales were 60+% of the chart iirc, and most of those songs would've had a bit of airplay since a lot of stations played his songs after his death.

Me too. In the case of Lean On it hasn't mattered too much in the long run, but if All Eyes On You gets two weeks of streaming in one week if could get a higher peak than it would've done if it got streaming correctly reported each week. I guess Billboard can't do anything about it if it's to do with Nielsen though, and the streams getting counted a week later is better than not at all imo.
And it'll be annoying for us having to explain these weird chart runs to people in the future haha.
