It was really good, and it made me want to revisit the other ones..but I doubt it since I got the gist of what's it about..but now, I'm a fan..and I can't wait for this new one!

Ooh, so you get to rediscover the magic of the old seasons! If you want to catch up with the best the show has to offer...
Borneo and Australia are a must to understand its original flavor and what a cultural sensation it was in the beginning. Marquesas and Amazon are also great, Africa and Thailand not as much. But make sure you do not skip Pearl Islands before continuing on to the first All-Stars.
Lots of changes started happening after that. Palau, Cook Islands and China are the best of the middle era, though you might add Samoa and even Panama and Tocantins if you want to go deep. The returnees made Micronesia and Heroes vs. Villains two of the best seasons ever, not to be missed.
The late era sometimes struggled to find the fresh spark again, but it had a fantastic run from Philippines through Caramoan, Blood vs. Water, Cagayan and even San Juan Del Sur.
That's a lot to work through if you feel so compelled. Enjoy!
