So now that Grammy's are at fault for 98.9% of black artists relegating themselves to these "category-ghetto's"? If your music is niche, and not at all mainstream, that's where your nominations come from. This has always been the case. Also, this is a weak claim to make considering the article's author doesn't even offer up any possible artists who should have been nominated in major categories, but were not. Instead, he only mentioned race as a factor.
The real problem with the grammys is their favoritism towards popular music. These nominations are ******, not because black people weren't acknowledged, but because good music wasn't.
