Not really. I don't know if a study has been done or anything, but I would imagine that fan bases are in a minority when it comes to how many times a song is streamed. Look at smaller acts like, say, Big Sean who was #2 on Spotify recently. He doesn't have a big enough stanbase to drive a song there and keep it there. No one does really. Maybe Taylor, but she doesn't use it so.
The Hot 100 measures popularity and streaming, sales, and airplay are all good indicators of popularity, but (of course) each one is also flawed in one way or another. I'll always side towards streaming and sales when it comes to what really is the most popular because they are both consumer-based.
