You guys act like she is always lipsynching which is not true. For a 2 and half hour show with demanding choreo, you have to choose which song to perform live (Halo, Flawless, Forever Young per example) and which song to use a backing track (Partition, Love On Top per example).
The Partition performance starts with the choreo with the poles, then the chair. Usually she doesn't even hold a microphone when she does those choreo.
You have to be smart with your voice if you don't want to ruin it. Just ask Adele. She didn't preserve her voice and she ended up needing surgery and staying over 6 months without performing.

I don't think she always lip-syncs, there's loads of performances I've seen that were obviously live. But I think she certainly does it more than the Hive like to think.
Why does P!nk ALWAYS sing live then on her tours, even though she has demanding acrobatics?
I'm fully aware of people ruining their voice. My own fave Yulia (from t.A.T.u.) has had her voice virtually destroyed from bad technique and excessive straining. She's had repeated surgery on her vocal chords over the past decade and it still hasn't fixed it. So I totally understand being careful, that isn't the problem here.
The problem is that the Hive, whether you want to admit it or not, always put Beyoncé on a higher pedestal than she deserves. Always acting as if her live performances are perfect, as if she always sings live, as if she can do no wrong. Yet she gets caught lip-syncing. If y'all admitted that she actually doesn't always put on the perfect show and that she does have some weakness it wouldn't be such a big deal. But because you try to proclaim her to be some sort of musical messiah, the minute something goes wrong of course people are going to jump on it and criticize it, because they're fed up with the Hive's constant over-hypying and over-appraisal of Bey.

It's not us doing the over-exaggerating, it's you guys. You are the ones that try to make her look so great and infallible and act as if she does nothing wrong.
