Though, he won't have as many digital sales compared to Gentleman. Furthermore, the power of streaming has been decreased by Billboard since he released his last single.
In saying that, it only took Soko 11.5 Million US streams to get a #9 peak on the Hot 100. That was done with virtually no sales (10,000), so PSY could have a chance still.
It's just hard to gauge how many of those streams are US ones
I hope it will remain steady in the top 100!
