I'm pretty sure back in the couple of years before Digital Songs was a thing, there were some songs that had ZERO sales that made the T10 because radio provided practically all the chart points.
That was actually pretty common before Digital Sales.
Billboard will eventually have to find a way to calculate the chart slightly differently. How can a song be top 10 and it's not even in the top 500 of most bought songs this week?
