Paramore should've won Best of 2008 Video ![:(](http://www.atrl.net/forums/images/smilies/images/smilies/frown.gif) Sorry Britney, but I think Paramore deserved it more.
A few issues I have with this list. I'm happy with #10, #4 and #3
But I don't agree with the #1, Metallica too low, no mention of Sara and how is Lil Wayne top 15 twice? It befuddles me.
But Katy <3333333

Fuse is now officially RIP as a credible music network, 2 rock videos in the Top 10. Fuse is definitely getting worse for 2009. Rock better rule that year.
35/40
Britney's fans rigged the Best of 2008 survivor, and how in the flying ****ing hell is Lil Wayne #1 and PATD not on anywhere (there are a lot of angry PATD fans on fuse.tv), when it should be Weezer, LP, Katy, A7X, or Paramore?

Yeah, I'm sure there's a lot of pissed off rock fans. Fuse is supposed to be mostly about the rock, how come Lil 'Overrated' Wayne is #1?
Ugh, the hot 100 must've come into play AGAIN!

Didn't like the countdown that much this year. I wish LP would have been #1 and wish Paramore won Video of the Year. Glad to see OneRepublic in the Top 15.
Katy Perry's performances were good.

I agree
Paramore should've won but they lost 79%-21%.
I can promise you that most of those that voted for Britney have never listened to rock music.

Without Metallica, those adds fail. All of Fuse's adds recently fail with only some minor exceptions. The MTV2 adds are quite better.

BREAKING NEWS: SURS Cancelled as of 12.24.2008
Quote:
SURS is Dead, Long Live SURS
Hi everyone - so heard any news about the Untitled Rock Show lately? Ha.
Sadly, it's true, Steven's Untitled Rock Show is no more.
I found out this past Thursday December 19th and it came completely out of nowhere. There was no warning (unless you count being moved to 2PM when most of you couldn't watch) and I was/am pretty devastated.
But we had an amazing run. On December 18th we taped our 701st episode, not bad for a show that premiered almost four years prior. December 23rd, 2004 was when Steven's Untitled Rock Show premiered and December 24th, 2008 is when is goes off the air. At the end of that episode I'll tell you how we'll see you in January. I wish this was true but it's not. I remember like it was yesterday, we rose from the ashes of Warped Wednesdays, and our little show went from a half-hour to a full hour thanks to fans like you.
And I do thank you. I am eternally grateful for the joy you have brought me and the music we have brought you. Whenever I get a message from a fan who says they heard about a band for the first time on SURS then we did our job. I'm proud of that.
And I'm proud of my team. A lot of people busted their ass's to make this show happen and I wanted name some of them if you'll indulge me:
Producer Mike Cangemi, the man responsible for creating SURS Night Out and the SHOUT texts. He is my Tiki God and brother and brought you fans closer to the show. Mike also stood by my Joel McHale fixation.
Writer Jonah Bayer, he put the words into my mouth and gave a journalistic credibility to our show that no other music program has ever had. I have never been more amazed at his way with words or humbled by his knowledge of music. Or by his way with the ladies.
Music scheduler Annie Shapiro put all the videos in the show. The woman can make a mix can't she? Annie also helped book artists to come on and is my right hand woman when it comes to remembering people. She and I started at Fuse on the same day. Crazy how far we came.
Production Manager Whitney Andresen our blonde powerhouse who made all our shoots happen. From studio shows to trips to Warped, Bamboozle, to everywhere in between. Nothing could wipe a smile from her face and she'll mess you up if you try. Believe me, I've seen it.
Rachel Braband, who was with us from the beginning, started as a production assistant, rose through the ranks, left us to become a stylist and then stepped in to produce the crap out of Warped and Bamboozle '08. She doesn't take a bad picture people.
Bruce McDonald aka proBrucer, who holds the record for most SURS ever produced. 333. And he wrote every single damn one. You may recognize him from the Alternative Press Innovators issue making me laugh. He was the first producer of the Untitled. Bruce brought the activism to SURS, which we kept up until the very end.
Brooke Posch, who took over for Bruce and brought to SURS a whole new sense of humor and love. When she and Rachel ran the Rock Show it had more balls than any program on Fuse.
Sue Kutch, stepped up and took the reigns of a show when Fuse was in another transition. She busted her ass and gave it her all.
Naomi Ollis, once our intern, and then our PA extraordinaire. She loves music so much she founded her own website inklings.tv which I urge you all to check out.
Supervising Producer Rob Crabbe, who helmed the Rock Show when Jonah first started and brought us to a new level before taking that big leap to supervising most of Fuse's programs.
David Weier, the VP of Music and Talent, who kept the show going for years. We weathered many a storm and almost made it through another. David has been my champion at Fuse for years and for SURS.
Janis Unterweiser, the true creator of SURS. Janis is the reason most of you listen to My Chem, the Used, Taking Back Sunday. She programmed the music on Fuse for years and made the Rock Show happen. Without her there would have been no SURS.
Tricia O'Leary-Smith, if the last name sounds familiar, it's because it's mine. She agreed to take it when she married me and not only is she my best friend but she puts all the bands on SURS as well as every other show on the network. Without her I am nothing and if I was the face of SURS, she was the heart.
There were many others who made this show happen and it's been an amazing journey with all of you, one I will miss more than you know. I guess you do.
I also want to thank all the bands that have been part of our show. From the biggest platinum-selling artists to bands just getting their feet we to the old school punks to new school Myspace bands, without you there was no Rock Show and I am honored you chose to stop by and hang with us.
But it's you fans I owe it all too. Every. Single. One of you. If I could hug you individually I would. And many of you I have whenever I saw you out at a festival. You all made my day, my life, my career and I salute you for your love of music, your passion, and your dedication to a television show devoted to music and to those who craft it.
Until now and always, I'm Steven and this has been Steven's Untitled Rock Show.

Why in the **** is SURS cancelled from Fuse... and it was the higest-rated show on Fuse? This means the channel is getting worse by the day. What's gonna replace SURS? hopefully a rock music-related show. The people over the Fuse message boards are going apeshit over this.

I'm sure they'll find something good....as long as it's nothing hip-hop/r&b affiliated. Fuse is known for Rock!

Honestly, Nickelback is the worst add of the 3. Where is "All Nightmare Long"? I'm waiting impatiently...
