Dude, where does he work? And what did he study in uni?
A lot of my friends went to Schulich and Rotman for Finance. I've read that Rotman recently scored higher than Schulich, but in my opinion I think Schulich is better. They help you find jobs while you're in school, since the school has a lot of "connections", that's why a lot of people end up having jobs before they graduate.
They also gave everyone in my friend's class a Harry Rosen gift card (or was it a discount card?) so they could all buy suits.
The bank. If you want to go into Finance or Accounting pick a good school. While it's mostly who you know, the reputation of a school can help as well, especially if you want to get into one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
I want to go to Ted Rogers School of Management, Rotman Commerce or York as my backup. Are those good backups?
I wanted to go to Schulich, butI can't get into it. You need like a 95%+ average with other things too. I remember my friend who had a 90% average on the dot didn't get accepted.
Well I should've worded it better. Its definitely better than the majority of Canada in terms of weather, but I just mean in regards to vitamin D the amount of sunlight we get tends to be lower.
Trust me summer is worth it though! Its rarely overly hot here and it tends to be very dry so there isn't much humidity/rain.
I'd say the weather here is great from April through October.

I think school definitley does help.
A lot of my friends who went to Schulich and Rotman all have jobs. We have one friend though that went to school for finance at George Brown College. They all entered University and College at the same time, and they all finished at the same time. They all found a job in their field except for the one that graduated at George Brown. Three years later, he still does not have a job in his field.
My friend got offered a job at J.P. Morgan, but they wanted him to work immediately (but he wasn't done school yet). He has a job right now though, but he's thinking about working overseas.
A lot of my friends that graduated from Rotman is working in Hong Kong now, and my friends that graduated at Schulich is working in Toronto.

I don't think I am hard working enough to get into Schulich.
