Tons of great stuff in these past few sets. From the songs: The National, Queens, Albert Hammond Jr., Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, HAIM, Pearl Jam, Daft Punk, Cat Power, The Killers, Suede, Timberlake, Frank Turner, The Thermals, CHVRCHES, Suede x2, Mikal Cronin. So great!
From the albums, Arctic Monkeys, Mikal Cronin, CHVURCES, and Arcade Fire. I especially love the inclusion of Mikal Cronin. He had such an amazing year.
And I always love your concert list. The Hives are such a great live band, and it sounds like that was a great show. And you saw Queens and Pearl Jam! Amazing! Can't wait for the rest of the concert countdown, to see the other great shows you saw in 2013.
The vaccines, White Lies, The Strokes! Es un buen cover ese de Lily Allen
The National! Radioactive esta en buen lugar, me gustaba, pero me aburrio muchisimo.

The Black Keys Date: April 3rd Event: Pepsi Music 2013 - "El Festival" Location: Costanera Sur, Buenos Aires
Quote:
Only two people on stage were necessary to entertain the huge audience of that day at the festival for more than an hour with pure rock. The energy they have is amazing, the sound was impeccable.
I heard about them for the first time in 2010 with their album 'Brothers', but the singles I've heard didn't caught my attention. When they released 'El Camino', which is one of the best albums in recent years, I started to like them more. The fact of watching how amazing they play live made me want to listen to their previous albums (which I didn't yet).
Best moments: when they played "Gold On The Ceiling", "Dead And Gone" and "Little Black Submarines"

Kaiser Chiefs Date: April 2nd Event: Pepsi Music 2013 - "El Festival" Location: Costanera Sur, Buenos Aires
Quote:
Kaiser Chiefs is one of those bands from the mid-2000s that became one of my favorite bands. But they were declining over the years in my top favorite bands. I lost their track with their latest albums, I didn't even know that their original drummer left the band in 2012 (I noticed it when I saw them on stage).
I was also impressed when I saw Ricky Wilson appearing on stage. Impressed by how skinny he was, or at least thinner that I remembered he was.
Despite of all that, the performace was amazing, the best of the entire festival for me. Short setlist but very powerful including most of their best songs. Ricky was very energetic, going backwards and forwards and playing with the cameras of the festival.
It's been raining that day and we ended up all covered in mud, lol.
Best moments: the opening tracks, when they played "Never Miss A Beat", "Everything Is Average Nowadays" and "Na Na Na Na Naa" steadily.

Estas son las canciones que me gustan de los sets anteriores.
De este set: The Stars, Wasting My Young Years, Wraith, Bad Weather y 2013.
100. Primal Scream - 2013 099. David Bowie - The Stars (Are Out Tonight) 098. The Courteeners - Lose Control 097. Peace - Wraith 096. London Grammar - Wasting My Young Years
095. Cub Sport - Paradise 094. Caveman - In The City 093. Kings Of Leon - Supersoaker
092. Cave Painting - Leaf
091. Starwalker - Bad Weather
Sólo había escuchado las 7 que están en negritas, pero escuché las demás y me gustaron sobre todo esa de Cave Painting!
Qué bien que queda esa de Primal Scream en el 100!
I remember last year I checked your 100-091 and then I debuted half of those songs on my weekly countdown. Many of them ended up between spots 60-41 on my Top 100 of 2013.
I don't know 5 songs from this set (I know I'll enjoy at least 3 of them) but as for now, good for Caveman - "In The City" (I forgot including that one, nooooooo) and Supersoaker.
Pero ya he ido a ver a The Black Keys [ Corona Capital 2012 ] me gusto en general, aunque aun no me encantan demasiado, les falta una cancion que me traume, a ver si llega el año que viene
