VH1 has been teasing something special for her birthday (which is today) and one of the tweets used an ARTPOP hashtag.
Steve Boi tweeted about ARTPOP yesterday saying "get excited". There seems to be conflicting opinions on whether he has anything to do with Gaga. He claims to have designed many of her glasses and he claims he's working with her on future stuff, but some monsters seem to doubt him.
Lacee Franks, who works with Gaga (possibly a member of the Haus?) also tweeted something about ARTPOP earlier today (literally just tweeting #ARTPOP with no explanation). Unlike Steve, she's known to be close to Gaga and is even featured on the Born Brave Bus design.
And then DJWS tweeted about working on ARTPOP earlier and uploaded a video of a possible snippet.
Dunno if this all means anything or not, but it certainly makes me more intrigued about the whole "birthday announcement" possibility.
