The "show must go on" mentality has nothing to do with interludes, interludes are part of the show. Plus wasn't she at the top of the castle? How was she gonna time her puke to go backstage? You can't.

That part is always played on it's own because she dances with Mark. She's not even lipsyncing, since she never even moves her lips in that part.

No, that's the end part of the song. She doesn't sing that part because she does a small choreo with her dancer. Look for the whole performance on youtube.
