Big Hoops would've flopped even if it had been released in 2009 (when most of this album belongs)
This era is a terrible mess. She ruined her own career with that spanish album and its flop remix counterpart along with the GH album that nobody cared about.
I feel so sorry for her, she might even be dropped
She is a cool artists. She has nice albums but this one is a mess. It would'n be surprising if she got dropped. She is not paying her bills with this sales...
My friend is a huge Nelly stan, so I am going to suggest that he doesn't look at the charts this week. Next week he will be fine because the album will be off the charts by then.
I didn't want to start an argument LOL but the fact that this is even up for discussion is pitiful. I am not ripping on Nelly as I'm actually kind of a fan. Not a big enough fan to buy the album but I plan to listen to it one day soon.
Anyway, it just goes to show that Nelly never created a loyal fan base. She may have been gone for 6 years or so but still...this is beyond horrible. This is the BIGGEST flop I have ever seen hands down

I believe she still can do better. After those singles out the other ones definetely can do better. If the label doesn't lose the hope and they support the right way the album can sell more. It's obviously the world still don't know she has an album out. Once the world knows it she can have better sales. The only thing she needs is promotion. I'm still positive with this era. The delay made feel this is just starting. I'm sure there's more to come.
I think the next move for her would be a stint on Idol, X Factor or The Voice as a judge to get her name back out there, perhaps a feature on a Calvin or Guetta single (Ne-Yo managed to get on "Let's Go" despite his previous era flopping in America) and then to release an album with a definite smash on it.
