I won't like this is a risky choice and probably will flop. Of course "Hummingbird Heartbeat" goes to that so full box "Non-singles that could have smashed" where you can find songs like "Fading" by Rihanna, "Fire Bomb" by Rihanna as well, "Breathe On Me" by Britney, "Men In This Town" by Shakira, etc. etc. etc. but it's ok.
"Peacock" would have been a smarter choice though. It's funny how every single artist that are known to release only fast and party songs are doing slower ones! Criminal, The One That Got Away... I even heard Ke$ha was releasing "The Harold Song"!
Good luck Katy!

Ke$ha wanted to release it, but her label didn't. They're gonna wait till like January or Feb to release the lead single of her next album.
I would like to add Animal and Kiss N Tell by Ke$ha to that list, If You Can Afford me and One Of The Boys by Katy Perry, and Monster, Boys Boys Boys, and Dance In The Dark by Gaga. ^-^
