The song has a very obnoxious cheesy over the top country production and backing vocals that not anyone will like

It's MEANT to sound like a classic country rock song. That's why she hired a classic rock producer to produce it. It's NOT meant to sound like a Rihanna or Katy Perry song. Don't you get it?

And I ADORE the backing vocals. I adore every single thing about the song actually. Fantastic lyrics, a HUGE vocal, classic rock production...it's sheer perfection.

Alejandro was an exception. As she has said, the 3rd single would have been MTN and the 4th would be Hair if it was up to her.
But, as I said, Y&I isn't a bad choice anyway, even though I'd prefer it as a 5th single after Mtn.
