It makes it so hard sometimes. ![weeps](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRLSmilies/52b0f867.gif)

To be honest I only eat nature's candy (fruit). My mom always stocks up so much on fruits. Candy and all those very sugary sweets don't mix well with my stomach and neither does fast food.
I do cheat every once in a while though. Once a month I buy myself a large bag of hot Cheetos and eat every single piece of chip. They're the best thing ever.
You should try the hot tub on your days off. It feels so good and relaxes all the muscles. Literally once I hit the matress I'm usually gone in one minute.

Dude, this is so me everytime I jog at the gym. It literally looks like I pissed myself. My shirt and shorts get so drenched. I get embarrassed sometimes.

I do. They're great for recording time, distance, pace and other various information. They're rather pricey though. Totally worth it if you take your running seriously.

Do they record your heart rate and calories burned? I have a heart rate monitor and it works so beautifully but I've been seeing these all over my fitness magazines.
