Another incredible live performance. I wish people would give Cheryl more credit for how hard she works. Sure, Adele has a great voice, but she could never move around the stage, perform intricate choreography, and still keep those vocals clean the way Cheryl does. It takes so much stamina and athleticism to do what Cheryl does. <3<3<3

I love this song!!! So much better than The Flood. God, she's such an underrated vocalist. Her voice is so crisp and clear. And that head tone is absolutely gorgeous. She's easily as good as Ellie Goulding and Diana Vickers and they never get half the **** she does.

She sounds amazing. If she could pull this off live, she'd tell ALL those naysayers. Her vibrato is awesome, and her vocals are so crisp and clear and beautiful--especially the head tone towards the end, she really blew me away. She's easily as good as Ellie Goulding, Lily Allen, and Rebecca Ferguson and people act like the three of them are some vocal goddesses.

If Cheryl wasn't such tabloid fodder, she'd get the respect she deserves. She's just a contentious figure because she's the most talked about woman in Britain.

Cheryl Cole Recording New Album In Los Angeles
As the Girls Aloud star is wiped out of The X Factor USA history...

Cheryl Cole has reportedly started recording her new album in Los Angeles.

Following her sacking from The X Factor USA and her rumoured reunion with ex-hubby Ashley Cole, we almost forgot that Chezza was a full-fledged popstar, and now according to The Sun, the 28-year old is back in the studio Stateside.

The Girls Aloud beauty has apparently been laying down vocals at LA's famous studios underneath the Sunset Marquis hotel, where the likes of Madonna, Sheryl Crow, Cyndi Lauper and Chaka Khan have previously recorded material.

A source told the tabloid: "Cheryl has loved working at the studios. Some of the female singers that have worked there before are her all-time heroes. It's been the perfect place for Cheryl to plunge head-first back into work again."

While the Fight For This Love singer may be putting the last few months behind her, Chezza's brief appearance as a judge on The X Factor USA has been completely edited out of a new promo for the show.

The clip, which features Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid, Paula Abdul and Cole's replacement, Nicole Scherzinger, aired in the US earlier this week and paints the picture that the former Pussycat Dolls star was a panelist from the start.

A mole told The Mirror: "This really is a slap in the face for Cheryl. It shows that bosses are keen to forget about her ever being on the panel."

“If she does feature it will be a blink-and-you-miss-it feature. Most Americans will believe Nicole was always a judge.”

Cheryl Cole splashes out on new LA apartment

Singer Cheryl Cole has splashed out on a £3 million two-bedroomed apartment near West Hollywood, according to reports.

British newspaper the Daily Mirror has reportedly obtained titles deeds which prove she has purchased the pad.

Despite rumours that she has reunited with her ex-husband Ashley Cole, 30, the documents list 28-year-old Geordie Cole as an 'unmarried woman'.

A source told the publication: 'Cheryl bought the apartment back in March when she was still on the US X Factor. But she loves Los Angeles and when the TV show didn't work out decided not to renege on her offer but use it as a base for her music career. If things go well with Ashley, the hope is that they can both use it as a base out there.

'Ashley has a club deal with Jay-Z so he'll be spending more and more time in the States anyway. It makes perfect sense.'

The star, who has been in Los Angeles this week, is said to be spending the weekend with her footballer ex.

The source added: 'Ashley's mum Sue and Cheryl's mum Joan are invited and it'll be a lovely, quiet family do before Ashley goes off next week on pre-season training.'

CHERYL Cole’s US X Factor dream went **** up in a flash of purple flares and a bouffant barnet.

But Cheryl Cole's plans to crack the American pop charts are back on after Will.i.am roped in US rapper Lil Wayne to feature on one of her tracks.

The nation’s favourite Geordie (after Denise Welch, obviously) has also been in the recording studio with Far East Movement who had a massive hit last year with Like A G6.

Spilling the beans at T4 On The Beach the electro group let slip: “We’ve just been working with Will.i.am and Lil Wayne and this new singer – how do you say her name? – Cheryl Cole?”

Still a way to go before Chezza’s a household name in Nebraska then.

But at least she’s back on track!
