1. I'll give you that, but it's not even nearly as yall are making out to be, we've got iconic, groundbreaking and talked about videos just before Gaga.
2. No, she didn't. If anything Timbaland & his proteges brought back dance music ( Loose,Blackout, Timberlake's). We also had Fergie, Rihanna & even Katy Perry. BEP had 2 mega-smashes just before Gaga
3. Lots of artists? Nicki MInaj =/= Lots. Rihanna was dressin' weird with Disturbia, before Gaga...Katy was dressin' weird before Gaga at 2008 EMA's. And the nerve of a Gaga stan talking about that, when she's just a walking rip-off
4. Records Sold =/= Influence or Impact
5. So, would you say that Gaga influenced Tony Bennett? That's the only logical reason I'd find with your point, and as you clearly see...it isn't logical at all.
