Id didn't underperformed. It went Top 5 on POP, and yes it might be her lowest charting single on the BH100 but, considering it's the 4th single, people knew the song BEFORE she even released it. It's like "Dance in the Dark", everyone wanted that song to be a single, everyone bought it, and if she would've released that song, won't be that successful because people already have it and got bored of it. "Take It Off" was released to late, and people got bored of it even before she released it, it did well considering that.
