You cant fault the film becuase it doesnt have a storyline, thus the high ratings. It's really good but I advise everyone to watch it on 3d. It'll keep you on the edge of your seat.
AMAZING !!!!!! This film is breathtaking, beautifully crafted, has unparalleled sound design, must be seen in imax 3d, great score, wonderfully acted and intense as hell. I had a headache for a hour after this was over due to the tension, but wow does this film really push cinema forward. I wanted the movie to be over 45 minutes in because the film was causing me so much anxiety and stress. You want Sandra Bullock to survive because YOU wanted to survive. As you're watching the film you feel as if you're an astronaut floating side by side with her and let me say there's some shots I must see again because HOLY ****!!! Adding to the tension, stress, and anxiety is the score done by Steven Price which fits this movie like a glove. Sandra Bullock is excellent. Near lock for an Oscar nomination. It was refreshing to see a strong female protagonist carrying a movie for a change. 9/10

It's supposed to be a movie about a
journey
hence the lack of a lot of plot.
Saw it in 3D tonight, best 3D movie released, the effects actually had a purpose and added to the suspense and feeling, they sucked you in even more
Sandra Bullock better get that Oscar for her acting, the suspense was killing me.. And those visuals, I heard the entire audience say that afterwards they had to sit back for a sec and make sure they were actually steady on the ground instead of floating and spinning
