No it's usually only about 30% recruits. It's clear that it's pretty much all recruits this time because the season was announced and put together in such little time. Usually with applicants they do months of casting calls and flying out for interviews but this time it's pretty obvious they literally just went to bars and cast people on the spot
Sidenote: Whitney's voice sounds like someone that isn't from the South doing a bad Southern accent
