and addressing back to basics...it wasn't a flop. at most stores it cost around 20-22 dollars, so 4.5 mil is pretty good. especially since its still around that price today. im not saying b2b was a huge hit, im just saying that it wasn't a flop.

im just stating the unbiased facts. "back to basics" was a smart career move, imo. and it got her mad respect. her fan base before was mostly kids, teens and young adults....and for her to come out with music that was more jazzy or whatever and something that wasnt really known to our generation....4.5 mil is a damn good job. and not many artists would have been able to do it and do it as good as she did.
she gained alot of older fans also and like i said before, she got mad respect from the industry for doing something different and challenging.
