I think 0-10 with decimals rating is better than 0-100.
just because some people might actually give 0s (or 10s, 20s...) for the songs they hate while some (like me) just gave songs I hate 70, maybe the worst is 60. so that difference can heavily affect the averages.

Well the planned date was Friday the 4th, but I didn't realize it was the 4th of July so I guess many people will be out celebrating so I think we'll be starting Saturday. Or we could vote for the date after everyone has sent their rates
