I feel like I'm gonna have to quote myself every time for y'all to realize that a 'girl who literally no one has heard of' wouldn't come for a celebrity like Katy if it actually didn't happen. If you were an up-and-coming singer, would you lie for that 5 minutes of publicity and most likely ruin your chances of becoming friends with someone like Katy? That **** doesn't make sense.

Palomo, I was born and raised in America (which is a continent, just so you know) and I KNOW what bullying is like. This situation is child's play. There's no even controversy, the accusations are beyond stupid and hold no relevancy.
2) Even if it was real, the "alleged" bullying is nothing to worry about, it's not even bullying. If she is a creepy obsessed fan (which she seems to be, still praising her even after being "bullied" - where is the self respect?) and Katy noticed that and didn't feel safe, she has the right to call her out on it.

This sounds like bs. Why would Katy just randomly act like that to a stranger unprovoked? It's obviously not 'because she's intimidated by young artists!!1' seeing as Katy always supports new artists and often befriends them. If she did do it, which I doubt, there's obviously more to it than she's letting on.
