Ok so I saw it today

•how the **** is kitty able to send people into the past ? That whole damn thing was just accepted by everyone
•why the **** were the entire first class cast randomly dead ?
•does this movie erase the plot of every other movie bar first class ?
•how did wolverine function between 79 and the future with no memories ?
•why is jean alive ?
•how did wolverine regenerate from drowning? If he died from a lack of oxygen surely he can't regenerate his cells

-her power is more complex than just "phasing". I take it you don't read comics. It was only briefly mentioned the extent of her powers.

-that was revealed when Mystique raided Bolivar Trask's office (the photos she was looking at and crying).

-Basically. Remember the conversation about time travel Beast has with Wolverine & Professor X.

-it was addressed before he took the travel by Professor X.

-changing one thing causes a "ripple effect" essentially changing everything. (Also, remember what young Professor X saw when reading Wolverine's mind)

her power being able to 'phase' through stuff probably evolved through the years, so she is able to 'phase' through time as well.

The first class mutants were probably captured after the cuba incident and then used for experiment in Trask's sentinels.

Yes essentially, the way X1 to the Wolverine happened originally was 'erased', although certain events like Magneto wanting to turn people into mutants in X1, and Stryker getting Cerebro 2 in X2, and the cure being made in X3 can still occur in a different manner, as the main thing that was changed was that the sentinel program was discontinued due to Trask not being killed. So yeah they are 'erased'

Wolverine replaced his former consciousness when he travelled back into 1973, so when he returned to the future, his former consciousness must have come back. The future consciousness only remembers things that happened in the original timeline, not the new one.

If things like X2 and X3 are erased, Jean and Scott don't die.

He was rescued in the end then started to heal.

I thought most of this was quite obvious if you were paying attention to the movie tbh
