Once when I was younger (I wanna say when I was in like first or second grade), there was this condemned apartment building right next to the apartment building my family and I lived in. It was not really used for anything except wasting space, and nobody ever really went in there.
Anyway, one night, at around 10 pm, firefighters came to the door and told us we had to get out of our apartment building because the building could lean towards our building and catch it on fire. We had to stand out there in the cold for what seemed to be over an hour before we could go back inside (and I was pressed because I had school the next day).
A few years later, I had moved back to the town where this happened (we originally moved away for whatever reason, idk), and I was riding bikes with my friend. The place I was staying at this time was also next to the now grassy area where the building burned down years ago. My friend and I had stopped in front of the apartment we were staying in, and I looked over to the grassy area and I saw this sad-looking boy. He had this whitish-blue glow to him, and he was looking down to the ground. He just walked along the grassy area until he was out of my sight.
From that day, I have believed that the apartment building burning was a murder cover-up.
The ending does spoil it a bit though. And I wish they left in the fact that he watches him leave until the shape of him grows larger again. That was the creepiest part but they cut it short
EDIT: just watched that other one with the subtitles and they really over-did it
i don't know if you'd consider these "paranormal" or not, but they really creeped me out when I was younger. I had 2 recurring dreams throughout my childhood. When I was really young (probably age 3-8), I had a series of dreams about something named "Corny". Apparently I would mention his name while I was awake too, and my parents thought it was an imaginary friend. Anyways, in my dreams, Corny was a werewolf-like monster/creature, and he would always be coming after me. At the end of the dream, I defeated him through various methods (flushing him down the toilet, trapping him in a bottle, etc.). to this day, I still think he might have been a demon trying to get me, and someone above was looking out for me, hence me "defeating" him again and again. My second dream recurred probably between the ages of 8 and 12. I was being chased by a very short clown (at this time, I didn't know what a "little person" was). the clown had a very scary face and sinister smile. Anyways, the really creepy thing is that the imagery was not "real". In my dream, the clown appeared as if it were moving in a painting, almost like a cartoon. it was like I was standing in a museum looking at this painting of a clown coming after me to kill me.
FORTUNATELY, nothing worse than that has happened to me, outside of my dreams.

Recurring dreams are scary as ****.
I had this recurring dream since childhood that I dreamt of again recently.
It was me running at the street of my childhood home and a lady is running after me with a knife trying to stab me. It's really scary. She always outran me in my dreams and then all will black out and I will wake up.
What's scary is most of my dreams I remember, which is unusual according to experts.
