The song is still doing fairly well WW, and reached top 10 in several countries. However in the U.S., it underperformed. I won't say it flopped because imo radio didn't give it a chance to be a hit.
Anyway, I agree, let's just move on. Everyone, even Gaga, underperforms / flops.
