She does, but she gets a credit on songs for more than one reason, a lot of times especially lately she has changed around the arrangement to fit her style more and switched a chorus or a hook and therefore she deserves a writing credit.

Oh, well in that case I see why she gets a writing credit, but that certainly doesn't make her a songwriter. She's not actually writing any songs, just re-arranging ones that have alreday been written. Anyway.......
