I cant at you guys getting ahead of yourselves. There is Adele, Rihanna, Katy all those amazing single seelers with new singles out - it would be a miracle for Kelly to notch a week at No.1. Even getting up to itunes No.1 would be a feat, considering the fact that all those well-known names are performing. I hope Kelly can do it, but, due to the fact she has so tough competition i think it is unlikely.
Agreed. Added to that Kelly has never been a big digital seller. Already Gone had massive radio play on AC & HAC for very long time and only sold about 1.4m, way less than Halo. MLWSWU sold 2 million; which for a #1 is modest.
The best chance for a #1, would probably be the launch of a second single during the album launch. However it would have to have mass appeal and decent radio play beforehand.
I wonder if the single cover will be something like the new websites pic of Kelly. She looks very mature and I love the colors.

ohmygod. I've just wiki'ed both coldplay and drake last album first week sales and its insane.cold play sold 300k in the first week while drake sold 447k in the first week. I guess we have no choice but to settle for a #3.
