I'm an old GagaDaily member and in those forums most people love Telephone () and Bad Romance. They don't particularly praise Poker Face or Alejandro.
The Alejandro CD cover is my favorite LADY GAGA cover for any CD. Yeah, that picture is pretty awesome, had it as my desktop background for like a year, always loved it.
The Fame will forever be my favorite Lady Gaga album.

They are all so close in quality for me that its hard to judge, so I just put TF before the other two because its the first album
Don't say forever, you never know. I recently listened to TF again and gosh, it's so amazing. It reminds me of Summer 2008/9 and what a great time those were, how much fun I had while those songs were playing.
