I'm surprised Taylor Nation didn't think to have Buzzfeed remove the actual images hosted on their site.

Uh, yes, I know what MySpace is and where mirror selfies originated (?) given that I actually had one at one point but thank you for the history lesson.
Anyway, I can say with absolute certainty that no one has ever used "your" as shorthand for "you're." Taylor herself didn't even use any shorthand in any of her other posts, so it's quite clear she genuinely didn't (doesn't?) know the difference. I'm not attacking her or anything, I just think making such a glaring, rookie error is very telling of an aspiring writer and their relative abilities, no matter their age or the medium.
